Exactly the other way round ...
FAT32 is slower ...
But anyways FAT is the worst filesystem imagineable.
It was invented for floppies, and it absolutely suited THAT job, but it is
not suitable for HDDs ...
FAT32 is a FAT not with max. 2^16 clusters but with a maximum of 2^32
clusters.
