I'm benefitting greatly from a 2M cache on PTS-DOS, write behind
enabled. Using RAMDISK instead only slows it on my Pentium 60 with 16M
RAM. Beware though - there are certain numbers of blocks which result in
more use of conventional memory. It goes "level by level". You can
experiment until you find where the next level is, then choose the next
lower sensible cache size. Yes, it'll work with DR, too; just not AS
fast <vbg>.
