F5 Alternative?

On 1.67, I've gotten into the second screen setup choice available when you
cycle through the F5 choices (the one that has the small buttons at top).
It's a nice compromise between full screen and having your top buttons
accessible.

But is there a way to set Arachne up so that the program boots with this
alternate as the default screen, rather than having to select it through F5
each time?
