I notice, since Arachne 1.67, that Arachne won't view a .MES file offline 
(Load Error).  That means I can no longer load a file with non-tagged URLs and
click on the links online, and no longer load a character-set reference file.  I
wonder why it worked with earlier Arachnes.

I think Roger Turk is right, many DOS users don't like Windows-style icons and 
toolbars.  Those toolbars really confuse me.

Now what did it mean when Arachne 1.69 install said my computer was in speed
class 71?
