There is more than one version of Norton Utilities [which has Speed
Disk] which run with/under dozerware and handle both LFN and the HDD
formats M$ has foisted onto the world.
>From the experience of one friend, I can say that the dozerversion of NU
& SD does *almost* as much to help a system as the older versions did
with NFN [normal file names].
