Hi Ernst! (Sorry I can't quote from your message because I receive the list's digest) In order to run Arachne on a Netware network, you need to find a little piece of software name Odipkt (a packet shim). If I remember correctly, Michael states this somewhere in the setup wizard or Arachne documentation. Odipkt *is* included in the Arachne distribution and you can find it in /system/pktdrvrs directory. You can also find different versions of Odipkt on many ftp and www sites Read carefully the "odipkt.txt" file before installing. If you're using Win3.x together with some Microsoft TCP/IP stack (an older version maybe) I'm afraid you'll have to dump that TCP stack. The only way to obtain both Netware and Internet access in Win 3.x is to use Trumpet Winsock. (ver 2.0 is full-featured shareware with no time limit:-)). Needless to say you should read carefully the Trumpet Winsock docs, too. I used the Odipkt-Trumpet solution two years ago for a couple of months. Then they replaced the Netware server with an NT one (ughhh.) Cristian Burneci Bucharest, Romania [EMAIL PROTECTED]
