Harry, there are only 4 possibilities here.
You've already tried: Yes, No.
I suggested:           No, No
Glenn suggested:       No, Yes.
If no luck try:       Yes, Yes.

I think the Autologin only functions for a login script and I think
you need immediate PPP without a script to bypass the BBS login.

Let us know what works.
