?behaviour with busy ISP's?

Hi Gangue,

Anybody got an explanation as to why Arachen can connect to a busy ISP
in preference to  a Windoze program such as Nanny Netscape or Exploder?

My ISP in the Uk is Freeserve which can be very busy evenings, twnety or
thirty tries with Exploder or Netscrape to get in, whereas Arachne seems
to go through fisrt time or second time each try?
