No. If I were to boot from an MS-DOS sysyem floppy I would start in
native DOS mode. I have already determined that my semi-real modem
does not work in this mode. It works only from within the WIN95 GUI,
and the "restart in MS-DOS mode". It won't work in a "DOS box" accessed
from the GUI.
