Hello All; I would like to ask anyone that checked out cachstuf.txt on Sunday or Monday to take another look. ;-) I have just realized and confirmed that FAST caching software can be capable of making use of a larger size cache than run-of-the-mill speed software. It is NOT guaranteed that the speed winner will ALWAYS be able to use a double size cache more effectively, but it is worth retesting. The critical point is likely the format of the cache index and the efficiency of the search algorithm, but speaking generally, if the authors went to the trouble of maximizing speed properly, they may have got this part right. <G> Ncache DID. Lightning didn't. - Clarence Verge -- - Help stamp out FATWARE. As a start visit: http://home.arachne.cz/ --
