There is a marked difference between 1.62 and 1.70-rev3 in the response to
stopping a download, and it's not an improvement.
I could be browsing any page, and I could click on any link (http or ftp).
The selected page or file starts to come in, but I decide it's taking too
long so I press Escape or click on the X to stop it.
In 1.62, I'd be right back on the orig page. In 1.70, the screen usually
goes blank, and attempts to get the orig page back are often unsuccessful.
Although the URL of the orig page still appears across the top, pressing R
for Refresh attempts to fetch the too-slow link again. Pressing Ctrl-Left
Arrow to step back one usually doesn't get me where I want to ge.
