In \arachne_main_dir\system\gui\sendmail.ah
Find this line.....
<BODY NORESIZE BGCOLOR=#CFCFCF TEXT=BLACK LINK=#0000C4>
Change it to read simply.....
<BODY NORESIZE>
Now it will display in your selected colors.
