I downloaded your cache test results recently and have been meaning 
to thank you for your effort, so I will take this opportunity here. 
Your results are consistent with my experience and some informal 
testing with Lightning and other cacheing programs. One thing I've 
noticed in my experience with Window 9x is the apalling lack of any 
alternatives to the diskcacheing software built into Win9x. There 
were many choices before these 32 bit operating systems and it seems 
a shame that there are no more choices with these OS's.
