Hello:

As a user of many different DOS internet applications I have somehow
developed the impression that different applications should use
different WATTCP.CFGs for optimal performance.  For this reason I do
not simply copy the same WATTCP.CFG file to all of my applications as
some others on this list are doing.  As it turns out, I have just
discovered for certain that it is indeed true that WATTCP.CFG files are
in fact application-specific in some cases.  I should like to point out
