This simply says that there are small differences between 32-bit djgpp
oriented watt-32 and the standard wattcp library.
(PS: Michael what about the arachne watt32 port ?
and what happened to the ability to use winsock from dos arachne ?)

simply put max segment size _AND_ max transfer unit in the file.
(but IMHO not really necessary, because it should work with the defaults
just fine)
