I happen to have three 'spare' computer systems. I don't have a spare
monitor because they keep getting bigger and more expensive and I've
never "upgraded" monitors the way I upgrade systems.
Shit happens, yes. But when a company has a rep, and shit happens, good
companies have ways of turning it into fertilizer to nourish the flower
of consumer relations.
