That seems a simple enough request. But any request that requires the
bulk photo finisher to do something outside of their regular routine
requires special attention and involves extra work for them to do
less! That's why they consider it a custom job. It interupts their
bulk process, which is just about completely automated and runs
continuously. That's why bulk photo developing is inexpensive.
