Of course. Actually I'm not into programming very much, but AFAIK it's a bug
in the CRT library of TurboPascal 5 and/or 6, or similar. Effectively this
means that if you run the program on a "fast" machine, usually faster than
150-200 MHz, the program aborts with this Runtime Error.
Some programs can easily be fixed using a small, universal patch program,
sometimes called TPFIX.EXE or similar, but CShow2000 can't, probably due to
it has been compressed and/or encrypted. Another solution is to simply slow
down the computer by emulating a 386 at 100 MHz or so. There are slow-down
programs around. One is written by a guy named Bret Johnson (I *think*
that's his name :-), and is about 35kB.
If the list is interested, I can either try to find the URL to his web site,
or send the program to someone on this list who can put it for download on
his/hers own web site (Bernie? G�nter? Michael?)
