Actually in pratice this shows to not be correct. The problem comes when
you use a Pentium Pro class CPU with those speeds. CPUs that are affected
are: Pentium Pro, Pentium II, Pentium III, Pentium IV, Duron and
Thunderbird. For instance an AMD k6-2 will still run those programs fine
even if you are well above 200MHz.

I think "moslo" is the program you're looking for. Searching for it on
Google and "feeling lucky" we get: http://www.hpaa.com/moslo/ Ah, how I
love a search enginee that works (as opposed to Altavista). But it isn't
made by the same author so you must refer to something else.
