Actually in pratice this shows to not be correct. The problem comes when
you use a Pentium Pro class CPU with those speeds. CPUs that are affected
are: Pentium Pro, Pentium II, Pentium III, Pentium IV, Duron and
Thunderbird. For instance an AMD k6-2 will still run those programs fine
even if you are well above 200MHz.

Would the Athlon be included too? Does this Runtime Error affect Arachne? It
is awful strange to buy a fast computer only to slow it down to avoid this
Runtime Error! I presume Borland has long discontinued support for Turbo Pascal
5, 5.5 and 6.
