No....
It simply means that you can't run them both at the same time.
i.e..... you can't use setup an FTP server or an HTTP server and then
use your browser to access that server.
However,
You *can* exit your Browser without disconnecting from the net and then
fire-up the FTP or HTTP server.
IMO, This is not a "draw-back" because I am unaware of any Dos FTP or
HTTP servers which will remain active when shelled out.
I am also unaware of any which can be run in a multitasking setup.
If you *need* 2 or more apps using the same internet connection
at the same time.... you might want to consider installing Linux.
