  CisNet allows multiple connections with no additional
charge, as long as you don't exceed your 43,000 minutes 
a month.  That way, junior can log in at a friend's house 
while Dad's logged in on the laptop, and Mom's logged in
at home.

  Anyway, that was the case during my brief membership
with them.
