... if the person that receives the virus is really *THAT* silly, than he

I _really_ fear that bush pushes through his rocket protection thing, and
bases it on win NT. (you still remember that a US battle ship couldn't
navigate for hours, because the win NT that controlled it went crazy !)
I think it is REALLY ridiculous, that he can fool americans into the
believe that they need it.
(in reality he pays back the ballot money he got for the election.
Think of it it is MUCH easier for any country to produce masses of viri and
release them in the US, than it is to build costly rockets to bomb america
