I can't understand America's liberal laws as long as guns are concerned.
Here in Austria there is a controll instance, which visits legal gun
holders (without their prior knowledge) and looks how and where the gun is
stored.
If the gun is reachable by children, or stored together with ammunition, or
is not locked up, than the person will immediately loose the gun license,
and will have to pay a *VERY* high fee.
And to quire a license he has to pass some tests. (including a
psychological test)
And I'm proud to live here, were teachers don't have to fear, that a pupil
kills them, when they give bad marks.

But why use DOS when there are MUCH more advanced possibilities, which are
MUCH less (remember that in DOS you have absolutely NO protection ... eg a
program/virus can overwrite the contents of your BIOS chip) endangered by
virii ?
