Sorry for the delay... bit of a backlog.
Answer: both. It's on a large list of people who are obviously PC users, but very
few would claim any expertise. It's quite amusing/horrifying to hear some of their
experiences; willingness to try M$IE6 etc. After problems with the Kak worm 18
months ago they now filter out HTML mail.
