I have no trouble accepting cookies with the latest Lynx from Doug Kaufman at
http://www.rahul.net/dkaufman/

You might check LYNX.CFG file.  Also, you can type o from within Lynx to
modify your options, including acceptance of cookies.

Where do you get version number 0.7?  DOS Lynx from Doug Kaufman is the 32-bit
port from Unix, not the old-style DOSLYNX with pulldown menus.  Current version
is 2.8.4dev14.  As of a year ago, I think they were on 2.8.3.
