I didn't read the whole page. When I got to the sentence starting out "the seventieth version" I quit.
Version 1.70 does not mean version 70, nor does it mean that there have been any specific number of previous versions, or sub-changes prior to its release. This is a simple thing about software that I expected everyone here to know. I expect too much I guess, but that little "error" just points out what I've been saying all along: I think it is more than presumptuous for someone with little experience on the software, someone who has not put in a decent amount of effort finetuning the setting for his specific system, to put up a webpage which supposedly lists the bugs in the software. l.d. -- The size, shape, or length of a sig block does not reflect one's value to the world -- which is a good thing considering how shitty some people's sig blocks look. ==== On Mon, 29 Oct 2001 14:55:29 +0000, Mithgol the Webmaster wrote: > Hello, that's me again <grin> > http://mithgol.complife.net/Master/Bug-list/index.htm is where -- Arachne V1.70;rev.3, NON-COMMERCIAL copy, http://arachne.cz/
