I've been supporting your words for a long time (learned this stuff on the SurvPC list) and have even complained to webmasters. I am finding that my complaints fall on deaf ears even when I cite blind surfers and their needs. People say things like "Those people don't need this site anyway" or "I really like it this way and I don't care!" My site has always been kept as basic as possible, hand written scripting with no extras (although I see I should insert the !doc type header) and like you say, where I use a tricky bit, it's an insert, not the base of the page. -- For a country to be free it's citizens must have a way to defy unjust laws.
