As I followed Chris Langes implicit advice and registered with quick.cz (CZ telecom, Sorry Micheal) I experienced a load of minor trouble of which I'm not sure wether to blame the phone line or Quick. More or less used to delays or connection failure during prime-time, here we get this at random hours, and since also sponaneous disconnections occur, I think it's line noise. Can anyone confirm this?
Second: Quick doesn't offer a proxy server. Are these available from other providers? Thanks, BRB
