Depends on how your email client program is set up.  Try clicking
on the "reply" button and see what pops up into the "To:" field.
If what you get isn't what you wanted, then just cancel the reply
and try again, next time clicking on the "reply-to" button.
Whatever you do, you don't have to send the message out until you
think you've got it right.  Instead of sending your newly composed
message immediately, you can set up your email client to send the
message first to your outbox.  Later you can edit the messages in
your outbox before you send them out.  You can do this with Outlook.
I used to use Outlook until I discovered several years ago that I
don't need Windows.  Arachne's email client is a lot easier to use
than Outlook, and it is much safer too, as it is immune to triggering
almost all of the email viruses that are going around these days.
