In my experience speed above 40MHz is not important at all
when you use non-GUI DOS applications for word processing,
database and email. If you do some relevant work with these
applications you will produce quite a bit of data, and some of it
should probably be available on the hard disk.

Actually my lower end hardware has 40MHz speed and 125 MB HDD.
I have installed Word processor, databases, spreadsheet,
email and even Arachne, but no graphic programs. The limitation I
feel most with this box is the fact that I cannot keep all my zipped
text archives on the hard disk. To keep email is much worse because
majority of people do not send text messages in our days.

dosshell taskswitcher (or compatibility with another one) is a must
May be it will work? I am not going to test that, though.
