Hi All;
I'm interested in ifo re: currently used sound filetypes that Arachne
can defaultly play with plany.exe.

I have only run across .wav and .au.

Plany is also supposed to handle .voc, .iff and .snd.
Has anyone ever seen them, are they important, and is one likely to
ever run across them on the internet ?
Is one more or LESS likely to run across .ra ?

>From Plany.txt:

 SoundBlaster .VOC
 Sun/NeXT/DEC .AU
 Windows .WAV
 Sounder/Soundtools .SND
 Amiga .8SVX  .IFF

 In addition, PLANY will attempt to detect and play the sound
 samples contained in Amiga .MOD files.

Are you likely to have Amiga sound format files on your HD ?
