There is no need to get even THAT complicated. *IF* you have a bootable floppy of ANY OS, you can strip it of all files except command.com and the two sys files (and the MBR) and use a program such as DISKCOPY.com to create an IMAGE of it that can be stored on your HD or emailed anywhere. Diskcopy can (and will) re-create a bootable floppy of the same original format and OS regardless of the OS you are running.
