Yes, Neandertech has access numbers all over the US and Canada. PINE from a shell account is a very robust tool for email and newsgroup access. Back when I had a dialup shell I was on several very active mail lists and it was easy to deal with a high volume of mail. PINE is very fast and efficient. Very easy to use as well.
