Fairly simple to navigate mouseless. Use the arrow keys to move the cursor left and right, up and down. Hit "enter" to select. Also the "tab" key jumps the cursor to the next link. That's enough for most purposes. "Page Up" and "Page Down" do the obvious. Learning how to use Arachne without a mouse seems a lot simpler to me than finding, learning and installing another program. Customising the "F-" keys for your favorite functions will make navigation easier as well. It will cut down on the positioning and clicking needed for everyday tasks.
