I've been a subscriber to this list since 1996 and I think it's unconscionable that people haven't been able to unsubscribe for five months or more. Unsubscribing seems such a trivial function that it boggles the mind that it goes unfixed. It sucks and I can only extend my condolences to those who are trapped here against their will. Recently I came back from a few days vacation and was confronted with several hundred messages. It was a hassle to have to look through and delete that many messages. Perhaps those who wish to unsubscribe read and comment once in a while in the vain hope that somehow, someone will be able to find the key to the exit door.
