  Absolutely.  We were away (in NM, FL, and AZ, as it 
happens), and renting out a mobile home.  We got back to 
find the place trashed.  Court awarded $3000 in damages.  
Money in our pocket:  $0.
  
  It should be emphasized above all else... winning a 
lawsuit only means you have permission to try to collect.  
It does not mean you actually get any money.
