I have had this kind of troubles a few times.
Arachne.cfg file did change for no obvious reason.
Since then I keep a copy of arachne.cfg under a changed name like:
arachne.c!g. If something goes wrong I just reinstall the original.
In fact I use 3 different arachne.cfg file for 3 different providers
and I can swith between those by a simple batch file.
Hope yoy will find what is wrong.
