This nice feature was of course originally included as .ACF profiles: Save
your arachne.cfg as anyname.acf (with the button on the dialpage) and you
can restore it by entering an url file:anyname.acf. Also you can choose one
of the other preconfigured .acf's for slower/slowst systems, lan, bbs. Just
don't forget to save your current configuration first, because any click on
a .acf file will result in arachne.cfg being overwritten.

Considering the lost file matter, if a corrupt arachne.cfg is the problem,
reinstalling to the same directory might be hindered by the backup the self
extractor makes. Better take a look at it first. If it is corrupt, replace
it with the appropriate .acf.
