There are probably many others on this list who, like yourself, have no interest in the ongoing discussions on such topics as war and morality. Also I think most folks on this list would agree with you that there should be a separate list for off-topic discussions. We probably by now would have already established a separate list for off-topic discussions if we knew of any reputable and reliable and Arachne-friendly free mailing list services.
