The problem with that is that there are weirdo-kooks who are out
lurking around in the very best neighborhoods.  You don't know they
are out there until something dreadful happens.

I don't have to worry about weirdo kooks lurking around in my
neighborhood because the weirdo-kooks are afraid to go sneaking
around in a neighborhood where there are several 400 pound black
bears lurking.

In my neighborhood the bears are our friends for that reason.
