Opera is also a windows program.

Arachne requires that a DOS packet driver be loaded.

The only way to use Arachne with the windows 'TCP/IP stack' is
in a 'DosBox' while inside of Win9x by-way-of STUB.EXE which is
no-longer being developed and is no longer available for download.

It was developed as an experiment (just to see if it *could* be done),
and was stickly designed for use with a special version of CORE.EXE v1.50
which was compiled specifically for use with STUB.EXE

AFAIK,
It will not work with any other version of CORE.EXE
