Hello, The 80% not getting "off their butts" includes:
~17,000,000 non-citizen adults (~6% of total population) ~19,000,000 registered, non-voting adults (~7%) ~56,000,000 citizen adults not registered to vote (~20%) ~78,800,000 children (~28%)
Leaving us with:
~110,800,000 voting adults (~39%)
In other words, only 27% of us who are eligible to vote did not get off our butt. Too bad we're still looking from within the beginning of the 21st century, pre-Singularity and everything that entails.
