The 'sad truth' is that we are never going to change it for as long as
opinions such as the one you have just expressed continue to prevail.

There is only one way to change this situation.

And that is the continue to persevere with our insistance that
webmasters adhere to the anybrowser principle.

If we do as you suggest and simply continue to 'upgrade' to meet the
new 'standards' that are being shoved down our throats.....

Then we have lost the battle without even firing a shot. :(((
