Like it or not, Windoze and its dumbo users are like an avalanche, taking over the world. Knowing we are in the right will NOT stop the spread of all these fancy tricks that only Windoze users can do. OTOH, if we have to go down, let's go down fighting! Have you any material suggestions of what we can do to "fire shots" at the people setting up these Arachne-unfriendly sites? Unfortunately suggesting in this list that Windozy web page designers not even vaguely associated with this list should read the notes at a website they are not interested in is not going to crack it. Most of them will say: "Isn't it time you updated to a sensible computer?" OTOH I am currently in correspondence with the webmaster of one site that is supposed to work in text-only mode, but won't do so with Arachne. The webmaster says that he believes the problem is cookies. I _do_ have cookies enabled, and they have worked with other sites. He is continuing to look into the matter, so I guess this is an indication that we may be able to win a few battles at least! Greg -- Arachne V1.71;UE01, NON-COMMERCIAL copy, http://arachne.cz/
