Cooee Greg!!!

I was given the task of writing this FAQ sheet for users of the Disability-
orientated Enablenet.

===================================================================
Arachne poses a slight problem accessing Enablenet. It throws an
extra space and semi-colon ( ;) into the COOKIES.LST file. So, in
order to get around that problem, we have to first call up the URL

<1>
http://www.enable.net.au/

<2>
Then, shelling out to DOS [Alt E].

<3>
Call up your editor and open the COOKIES.LST file in the ARACHNE
directory. Then either do a search for ( ;) [without the
brackets] and replace with nothing ()] or look for the
enable.net.au line, and manually remove the extra ( ;) in the
cookie line. WARNING: There may be two or more instances of this!

<4>
Save, and close your editor, and then type EXIT to return to the
Arachne program.

<5>
Call up the above URL again [you should still be there], and go
to LOGIN, and type your login name and password. You should have
no problems getting into the site again during your current
on-line session.

But remember, unfortunately you may have to do this every time
that you first visit Enable.net of each session. But you should
be able to log-in and out without problems during that session.

Good luck! Happy Surfing Arachnoids!

There, that should be simple enough for most people to
understand. [I hope!]
