    What might be better is if we processed all "*opinion*.ms" files
    specially, so that we ignore anything in them that is commented
    out.  There are sufficient number of them that it makes sense to
    special-case the processing for them.  I'll have a think about how
    best to do that.

    Does that sound like it would address the problem?

I think that would help a lot.  It would let non-Sun participants like
Mark create and subsequently see .ms files (perhaps a mixed blessing,
considering how arcane [nt]roff formatting is :-)).

We would still have the opinion.ms- trap I fell into, but I think
that's quite minor in the grand scheme of things.
