The redacted case list seems to have ballooned up again (roughly 200
cases now caught in limbo), and I noticed at least one odd thing among
the entries.

See:

  http://arc.opensolaris.org/caselog/PSARC/2007/347/REDACTED.txt

It's impossible to tell from the outside, but that one instance at least
looks like a case where the "here's how you make a closed opinion if you
need to" boilerplate information comments left in opinion.ms have caused
the entire case to be redacted. Note that the opinion.txt file isn't
flagged, which means that whatever "bad" stuff is in there, it's not
actually part of the published opinion.

I still think it should just be the one file that's affected by
redaction (not the whole case), but why are we scanning and (apparently)
attempting to publish the nroff sources anyway? I'd thought that they
were among the ignored files.

If there are any Sun-internal members who want to take a swing at the
list, I'm sure it'll be appreciated by those of us outside.

I'm pretty sure that 2006/017 and 2006/070 shouldn't be on this list.
