That's what ^R is for (read thread).  Worst case I just start /dev/nulling
anything from that account.  At least I have the option on a mailing list.
I don't have to wait for someone else to enforce rules.

Not only that but mailing lists are usually better at self-regulating.  As
more stupid people come on, less "good" talk happens, and the stupid people
leave, and then more "good" talk happens.  There's an ebb and flow.

If things get too big on the arch mailing list, we could always start
specific ones, much like tur-users exists now.
