IMO it would be best to put it commented out into pacman.conf like other
repos AND introduce a new dialogue to the installer where users can choose 
whether
they want to follow [release], [current] or - beware! - [testing] (maybe not 
that
one for a install-time choice) and whether they want to enable [community] as a
bonus.
